Caswino Terms & Conditions

Caswino (https://caswino.click) is an international online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Caswino and its users. By using the platform, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms.

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 100. Withdrawals under BDT 50,000 are typically processed within 15 minutes. Larger amounts may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Caswino reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same IP address or device.

How to Play

Once activated, these tools take effect immediately. Cooling-off and self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the designated period has ended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Caswino platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Demeaning or harassing other users.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Helping minors open an account.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks.

Caswino may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions has been found.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• As required by legal authorities.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also close their account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Balances on accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions may not be refunded.
